Refund Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days in their original and unopened packaging and a copy of the original receipt.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
Golden Elite will not accept any returns on opened boxes of flooring. Open boxes of vanity products may be returned but will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Golden Elite does not provide any cash refunds.
Items damaged during delivery must be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.
